WHERE YOU START
SHOULDN’T DECIDE
HOW FAR YOU GO

There is no shortage of talent in the world. There is no shortage of knowledge, resources, ideas, or people willing to help either. The challenge is that they do not always meet. A student may never reach the person who could teach them. An athlete may never enter the environment that could develop them. A community may have the ambition to build something but not the resources or connections to move it forward.
THR1VE exists to bring more of those pieces together. We work with communities where access to opportunity is limited, understand what people are already trying to build, and connect the resources, experience, opportunities, and people that can help move those ambitions forward.
OUR CURRENT FOCUS
Today, THR1VE is focused on
projects in El Salvador,
where our work is growing through
local partnerships.

PROJECT 024
BUILT FOR THEIR
NEXT CHAPTER
BUILT FOR THEIR
NEXT CHAPTER
Project 024 connects you with the students of Centro Escolar Ingeniero Victor Batarse in San Miguel, El Salvador through a jersey designed specifically for their school. The soccer teams at the school currently play without team uniforms, and this project is helping change that.
You can preorder the same jersey being created for the students, with 100% of profits going back into the project to help fund their new uniforms, athletic equipment, and improvements to the school.

What Becomes Possible
The most meaningful change is often what happens next. A new skill gets developed. Confidence grows. Someone sees a path they had not considered before. One experience can influence the decisions that follow, and those decisions can shape what comes after.
Creating those kinds of outcomes starts with understanding before acting. It is easy to assume you know what a community needs from the outside. THR1VE starts by listening. We want to understand what people value, what is already working, and what they are trying to build. The goal is not to step in and take control, but to support local ideas, strengthen what already exists, and build alongside the people who know their communities best.
